3 tablespoons grade A maple syrup
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
9 slices thick-cut bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  • Stir together the maple syrup and brown sugar in a small bowl. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a slight gap between each slice. With a pastry brush, coat the bacon with the maple syrup mixture.
  • Bake until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized, about 25 minutes. Cool slightly, then carefully loosen the bacon from the foil while still warm. Serve with Tiffani's Spicy Bloody Mary.

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons aji Amarillo puree, or 1/4 teaspoon habanero hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 stalks celery, plus 4 small inner stalks with leaves, for garnish
Ice, for serving
2 cups tomato juice, chilled

Steps:

  • Puree the pisco, horseradish, lemon juice, aji Amarillo puree, soy sauce, Worcestershire, pepper and large celery stalks in a blender until smooth.
  • Divide the puree among 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Top with tomato juice and stir. Garnish each glass with a leafy celery stalk.
