½ cup granulated sugar

1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets* with Reynolds Parchment Paper; set aside. On another sheet of Reynolds® Parchment Paper, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
  • Beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add flour mixture gradually to butter mixture; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Drop dough by spoonfuls or use a cookie press to place onto prepared cookie sheets. If using floral cookie press design, make an indentation in the center with a thimble, fill with preserves, or press candy into center.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Cookies should be pale.

1 stick butter (softened (about ½ cup))
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg (whisked at room temperature)
2 tsp almond extract
1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Powdered sugar for garnishing

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together softened butter and cream cheese with granulated sugar.
  • Add egg and almond extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Next, add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Mix until a cookie dough forms.
  • Roll the cookie dough into 1 ½ inch spheres. Place gently on a cookie sheet (you may have to bake it on 2 pans), leaving at least 1 ½ inches apart from each other.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Allow to cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

1/2 cup butter, softened ((1 stick))
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cup cake flour

Steps:

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream together butter and cream cheese with electric mixer.
  • Add sugar and beat for 1 minute. Add egg and beat to combine. Add extracts and beat until combined. Add in baking powder and cake flour (in three sections), mixing to combine.
  • Once incorporated, refrigerate dough for at least an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Dough is sticky so use flour on your hands to roll out 1-2 inch balls. You can use the bottom of a cup/glass dipped in flour to gently flatten the balls. Don't flatten too much or the cookies won't puff up.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes. Important: Pull them out when you see the underside edges turning golden! This might vary for your oven and altitude. Watch these cookies carefully.

2 cups grape
1 tablespoon sugar
6 sprigs fresh thyme
2 packs graham cracker
¼ cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
3 ½ tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  • Add the grapes to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar and thyme.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes. Cool completely.
  • In the bowl of a food processor, add the graham crackers and pulse until finely crumbled.
  • Transfer the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl with the powdered sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon, and stir to combine.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into an 8- or 9-inch (22-cm) pie dish, pressing an even layer on the bottom and sides of the dish.
