8 cups Rice Chex® cereal
½ cup butter
2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder, granules or crystals
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
4 cups gluten-free pound cake pieces
1 cup mascarpone cheese

Steps:

  • In large bowl, place cereal. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in espresso; add chocolate chips. Microwave on High 30 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving and stirring until mixture is smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal; toss until well coated.
  • In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Add cereal mixture and pound cake pieces; shake until evenly coated. Serve in individual bowls or glasses. Top with dollops of mascarpone cheese.

6 cups cereal (Corn, Rice and Wheat)
1 cup pretzel
1 cup mixed nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt butter with worshiesire and salt.
  • Mix cereal, nuts and pretzels together in large pan.
  • Cover with butter mixture.
  • Bake for an hour at 225-250; stirring mix every 20 minutes.
  • I like to add other cereals to mix it up. Some of my favs: Crispix, Life and Quaker Oat Squares.

4 cups Corn Chex
1 cup Wheat Chex
1 cup Cheerios toasted oat cereal
1 cup pretzel
1 cup cashews
1 cup mini garlic bagel chips
1 cup cheese nip cracker
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/4 teaspoons lawrys seasoning salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Place butter in a 13x9 inch pan.
  • Melt in oven.
  • Add all seasonings and mix WELL.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  • Bake 15 minutes, stir well.
  • Bake another 15 minutes, stir well.
  • Bake another 15 Minutes, stir well.
  • Bake another 15 miutes.
  • Take out of oven and let cool on paper toweling.
  • Beware of poachers!
