TIRAMISU WITHOUT MASCARPONE
This is an easy, no-bake tiramisu recipe. No mascarpone or egg yolks involved!

- In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment combine the heavy whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. (Keep an eye on the mixture being careful not to overbeat.) Stir or whisk in the cream cheese. Set aside. In a large, shallow bowl combine the espresso and liqueur. One by one, dip both sides of the ladyfinger cookies into the mixture and arrange them across the bottom of an 8x8 dish. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the ladyfingers, forming an even layer. Repeat both steps a second time; add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture. Create and even spread across the top of the pan. Dust cocoa powder across the top of the dish, completely covering it with a generous dusting. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to a full day.

Easy tiramisu recipe without mascarpone and Eggs

Steps:
- in a bowl whip 1 1/2 cup heavy whipped cream, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1/3 cup granulated sugar with an electric mixer until well combined and stiff peaks form.
- add 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well.
- add the cream cheese and whisk until combine.
- in another large bowl mix, 1 cup cold espresso or strong coffee with 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur
- soak the ladysfingers in the espresso mixture then arrange them across the bottom of the plate or dish.
- when you are done with the ladysfingers layer spread half of the amount of cream mixture.
- repeat the process with ladysfingers and the cream mixture, the best option is to make 2 layers from them.
- Cover the top with cacao powder.
- chill for 3 hours, the best option to make it a day before and chill it the whole night

CALORIE FRIENDLY TIRAMISU WITHOUT MASCARPONE
The all-time favorite dessert as a calorie friendly alternative without the high calorie mascarpone cream cheese. Instead, we're using vanilla pudding, Greek yogurt and egg whites. - Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package direction (or if using my protein pudding recipe, the directions as indicated over there). Transfer the pudding into a deep dish, cover the surface with plastic wrap and let it cool down completely.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the yogurt with the "powdered sugar" until smooth. Add the vanilla pudding and combine it well with the yogurt cream bevor carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Mix the espresso with amaretto. Drizzle the ladyfingers with the coffee and place them side by side in the baking dish. Spread a bit less than half of the cream on top of the first ladyfinger layer and smooth it out.
- Repeat the process for a second layer, then spread the remaining cream evenly on top. Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for three to four hours.
- Dust the Tiramisu with the cocoa before serving. Leftovers will keep for two to three days in the refrigerator.

MASCARPONE SUBSTITUTE
Mascarpone is a creamy cheese. It is hard to find and pretty expensive. I have used this recipe in several Tiramisu cakes.
