1 2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate & Mint Morsels

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • MELT butter in 13 x 9-inch baking pan in oven; remove from oven. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over butter. Stir well; press mixture onto bottom of pan. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over top. Sprinkle with morsels; press down slightly.
  • BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until coconut is light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

2 tablespoons milk
1¼ teaspoons peppermint extract, divided
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 4 drops green food coloring
2½ cups powdered sugar

Steps:

  • GREASE 9-inch-square baking pan.
  • MICROWAVE 1/3 cup morsels and 1/3 cup butter in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; STIR. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Stir crushed cookies into melted morsel mixture. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until firm.
  • MEANWHILE, BEAT 1/3 cup butter, milk, 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract and vanilla extract in medium mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add food coloring, 1drop at a time, until desired color is reached. Spread powdered sugar mixture evenly over cookie crumb layer.
  • MICROWAVE remaining 1 2/3 cups morsels, 1/3 cup butter and 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; STIR. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Let stand for 10 minutes. Spread chocolate layer evenly over powdered sugar mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For easier cutting, allow bars to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut up
1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
3/4 cup mint chocolate chips, divided
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, plus 1/4 c softend and divided
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream or 2 tablespoons half-and-half
3/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons peppermint candies, crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8" square baking pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • To make crust - Heat chocolate mint chips and butter in medium saucepan over medium low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cookie crumbs. Press into bottom of pan.
  • Bake 6-8 minutes or until fragrant. Cool competely on wire rack.
  • To make filling - Heat 1/2 c chocolate mint chips and 1 T butter in small saucepan over medium low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool to room termperature.
  • Beat remaining 1/4 c butter and cream cheese in large bowl at medium speed until smooth. Beat in 2 T cream and peppermint extract and vanilla. Reduce speed to low; beat in cooled chocolate mixture. Slowly beat in powdered sugar. Stir in remaining 1/4 c chocolate mint chips. Spread over crust; smooth top. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until set.
  • To make topping - Meanwhile, place chopped chocolate in medium bowl. Bring cream to a boil in small saucepan over medium heat; pour over chocolate. Let stand 1 minute; stir until smooth. Cool at room temperature 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened but still pourable. Spread over filling; sprinkle with peppermint candies. Refrigerate 1 hour our until set. Store in refrigerator.

3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil. Grease foil with butter. , Microwave 1 pound candy coating and chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread half into prepared pan, reserving half. Microwave remaining white candy coating until melted; stir in extract and, if desired, food coloring. Stir in cream until smooth (mixture will be stiff). Spread over first layer; refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes. Warm reserved chocolate mixture if necessary; spread over mint layer. 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
7 ounces flaked coconut
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In one 13x9 inch baking dish, melt the butter. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the melted butter . Top with the coconut, then the sweetened condensed milk and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup white vanilla baking chips
1 bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 2-quart saucepan, heat 2 cups chocolate chips, the cream cheese and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Cool while making crust.
  • In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, sugar and cocoa. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until mixture is crumbly. Press half of the crumbly mixture (2 cups) on bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle with white vanilla baking chips. Spoon chocolate mixture over crumbly mixture and chips; spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining crumbly mixture and 1 cup chocolate chips. Press lightly with fork.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

Steps:

  • Line 9-inch square pan with foil extending over edges to form handles. Microwave 4 oz. chocolate and 5 Tbsp. of the butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add crumbs; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
