1/2 cup pomegranate-blueberry V8 juice blend
1-1/4 cups frozen unsweetened mixed berries
1 medium banana, sliced
1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt

Steps:

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

1 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cups lemonade
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup raspberry sherbet

Steps:

Pour all liquid ingredients into smoothie maker or blender.
Add all the frozen ingredients.
Blend at low setting for 30 seconds then high setting until smooth.
Serve immediately.

¼ cup lemon juice, or to taste
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 splash orange juice

Steps:

Blend ice cubes, water, frozen berries, fresh berries, lemon juice, sugar, and orange juice together in a blender until a slushy consistency is reached, about 30 seconds.
