TROPICAL MARTINI

Steps:

• Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water. Add ingredients into a shaker, with ice, and shake well. Remove ice and water from martini glass, then moisten half of the rim of the glass and dip it into sugar. Strain drink into the glass, add strawberry and pineapple slice to the sugared side of the rim.
• SIMPLE SYRUP:.
• 1/2 cup boiling water.
• 1/2 cup sugar.
• Stir ingredients together until sugar is completely dissolved. Place in covered container and refrigerate.

TROPICAL MARTINI

Steps:

• Either place amaretto and Malibu in a shaker with ice, or directly into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
• Either way, combine well and serve well-chilled.

TROPICAL CREAM MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add all the ingredients to the shaker.
• Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
• Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass; may garnish with a kiwi slice, if desired.

TROPICAL CREAMY DESSERT

Steps:

• Beat cream cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add milk, lemon peel and juice; mix well.
• Spoon evenly into 8 dessert glasses; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
• Place fruit in medium bowl. Add sugar and prepared orange drink; toss to coat. Spoon evenly over desserts; sprinkle with coconut.

TROPICAL ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Whisk together cream, milk, pineapple-orange juice, and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Five minutes before the ice cream is done, add the coconut and walnut pieces. Two minutes before the ice cream is done, add the sliced banana.
