1 cup sour cream
hot cooked egg noodles

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook turkey and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • Add mushrooms and peas. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the soup, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream; heat gently. Do not boil. Serve over noodles.

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
⅓ cup milk
⅓ cup water
½ cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a large saucepan or deep skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes more. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes. Mix in Worcestershire sauce.

1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

4 turkey thighs (about 4 pounds)
1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/3 cup water
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked egg noodles

Steps:

  • Place turkey and onion in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, whisk soup, water, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper until blended; pour over top. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, 6-8 hours., Remove turkey from slow cooker. When cool enough to handle, remove meat from bones; discard bones. Shred meat with two forks. 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream

Steps:

  • In large nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of the oil over high heat. Add turkey; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink and just cooked through. Remove to a plate.
  • Reduce heat to medium-high; add remaining 1 teaspoon oil and shallots to skillet. Cook and stir 1 minute or until shallots begin to soften. Add mushrooms and carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add to the warm buttered egg noodles and toss to coat. Served garnished with parsley.
