Steps:
- Freeze 2 tall serving glasses for 30 minutes.
- Add milk, ice cream, and Nutella to the large jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
- Tip - The ice cream should be a little soft (not runny) when added to the blender. If it's too hard it will not blend properly.
- Tip - Do not add Nutella as the first thing in the jar as it might get stuck to the blades and not mix properly.
- Pour the milkshake into the chilled serving glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, drizzle some chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed toasted hazelnuts on top and serve immediately.
