1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed ((optional))
handful ice cubes

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Give the shake a taste and add additional ingredients if needed for your desired texture. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
