VEGAN CILANTRO LIME AIOLI
Steps:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the mayo alternative, lime juice, garlic, and onion powder and whisk together until blended.
- If using fresh cilantro, finely chop and add to the mixing bowl and fold into the mayo mixture.
- But if using the dried cilantro, just add with the other ingredients and blend.
- Pour the mixture into a pint jar, cover and place into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before using. This way the spices will marinade into the aioli.
