VELVEETA® FESTIVE STUFFED SWEET POTATOES
Put your leftover chicken to good use with these VELVEETA® Festive Stuffed Sweet Potatoes. Prepare VELVEETA® Festive Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with VELVEETA® and dried cranberries. They're an easy entrée that are full of your favorite fall flavors.

Steps:
- Reserve 1 Tbsp. onions for later use. Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add garlic, poultry seasoning and remaining onions; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Add chicken and cranberries, cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
- Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
- Split potatoes. Top with chicken mixture, VELVEETA sauce and reserved onions.

EASY VELVEETA CHEESY POTATOES
Steps:
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, boil until tender and drain. Put in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Cut butter into cubes and place along the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Put sour cream on the potatoes and spread across. Cut Velveeta Cheese into 9 blocks and place on top of the potato mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Stir mixture occasionally.
