This is kind of similar to some of the other versions out there, but it is the best and easiest I have found

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Rice Chex
2 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups Crispix cereal
1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Steps:

Place first 7 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Mix other ingredients in a greased bowl and pour butter/sugar mixture over the top.
Stir to incorporate together.
Pour onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 for 15 minutes.
Stir periodically after it comes out of the oven to prevent sticking.

My sister made this and I have been making it because my kids ask me for it all the time. It is really good. The cooking time is for the prep time and the baking time. If you would like you can add more pretzels, pecans or m&m's. I use the twisted pretzels also.

Ingredients

12 ounces Crispix cereal
1 cup butter
1/3 cup Karo syrup
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups pretzels
4 (1 2/3 ounce) bags M&M's
1 cup pecan halves

Steps:

Melt butter and add syrup and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes in a large saucepan. Turn off.
Add 1 box of Crispix cereal and 1/3 bag of pretzels and pecan halves and mix together.
Put on 2 large cookie sheets (I spray with pam first) and bake at 300°F for 10 minutes. Then turn with a spatula and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Cool and put in a bowl and add some m&m's.

3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup bite-sized pretzels
1 cup garlic-flavored bite-sized bagel chips or regular-sized bagel chips, broken into 1-inch chunks
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

In a large microwave-safe bowl, toss together the Chex Mix cereals, nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter on high heat for 40 seconds, or until melted. Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pour the seasoned butter over the cereal mix and toss it to coat. Microwave it on high for 5 to 6 minutes, stopping every 2 minutes to stir.
Spread the mix on a baking dish lined with parchment or waxed paper and let it cool for about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve it and enjoy!
