Steps:
- Spray the inside of a microwave-safe ceramic mug. Add in flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder. Mix to combine.
- Add the vegetable oil, milk, and stir until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream, sprinkle on fresh blueberries, raspberries, and mint.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup sugar, the melted butter and sour cream with whisk until well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of the berries. Spread batter in pie plate. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup berries and 1 teaspoon sugar over top.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes. Cut into wedges; serve with whipped cream.

- In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar at maximum speed for 5 minutes.
- Using a whisk, gently stir in yogurt and vanilla.
- Sift flour over mixture litle by little, whisking to avoid lumps.
- Delicately fold in berries.
- Pour into a 9-inch greased floured springform pan.
- Sprinkle almonds over the top.
- Bake at 350F until top is evenly golden brown, about 75 minutes. Chill, in refrigerator. Remove and serve.

MAQUI BERRY MUG CAKE
A very quick recipe that isn't all too unhealthy! However much I love sweets, I rarely bake extremely sweet cakes! Baking is absolutely NOT an exact science, so do play around with the sweetness to find the exact amount and kind of sugar you'd like to use. Additionally, this recipe can be made vegan by substituting dairy milk for a non-dairy alternative! I use tartar and baking soda instead of Baking Powder, but both can be used. I prefer whole wheat flour over all purpose flour, so please go with what you prefer.

- Add the 3 tablespoons of the flour and all of the brown sugar, maqui berry powder, baking powder (or both baking soda and cream of tartar) and any dry, powdered form seasoning of your choice to a mug. It is perfectly okay to have mixed in all 4 tbsps of the flour at the very start.
- Stir these dry ingredients.
- When done, add the oil, milk, and any liquid seasoning and stir.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of flour and stir. It is perfectly okay to have mixed in all 4 tbsps of the flour at the very start.
- Fold in any of the optional solid chunkier ingredients such as the cranberries or chocolate chips. This cake is very versatile so there are multiple ingredients you may use. Stir in sprinkles if you want to add.
- Microwave for about 45 - 75 seconds. It should be done by a minute, but it may depend on your particular microwave.
- Let it sit for about a minute before you dig in!
