- Heat oven to 350°. In 3-quart saucepan, brown meat; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes. In bowl, stir together ricotta, one-half mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13X9-inch baking dish. Arrange 3 UNCOOKED pasta pieces lengthwise over the sauce; cover with about 1 cup sauce. Spread one-half cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of pasta sauce and cheese filling. Top with layer of layer of pasta and remaining sauce; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
EASY LASAGNA I
A super easy and fast beef lasagna recipe. It is made with a prepared sauce, and requires no boiling of the noodles.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown. Add mushrooms and onions; saute until onions are transparent. Stir in pasta sauce, and heat through.
- In a medium size bowl, combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and eggs.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Layer with uncooked lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, reserving 1/2 cup mozzarella. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, and top with remaining half cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

- In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
- To assemble, in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture. Cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture, and 1/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers once more: top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add 1/2 cup water to the edges of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F(175 degrees C) oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

SAVOURY LASAGNA RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, 2 cups (200 G) of mozzarella, 1 cup (110 G) of Parmesan, eggs, parsley and 1 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until translucent. Add the ground beef, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Stir in the garlic, Savory spice blend, and remaining 1½ teaspoons salt. Cook for 8 minutes, until the meat is no longer pink. Add 5 cups (1.3 Kilograms) of marinara sauce and stir to combine.
- To assemble the lasagna, grease a 9 x 13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread the remaining cup of marinara sauce over the bottom of the dish. Lay 4 sheets of lasagna on top of the sauce. Spread 1½ cups (375 G) of the ricotta mixture on top of the noodles. Pour 1½ cups (395 G) of meat sauce on top of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of meat sauce. Loosely cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 500ºF (260˚C). Uncover the lasagna and sprinkle the remaining 1½ cups (150 G) mozzarella and ½ cup (55 G) Parmesan over the top.
- Bake the lasagna for 5 minutes more, until the cheese is bubbly and browned.

I love this recipe! You don't have to cook the lasagne noodles, separately, and it always turns out great! I got the recipe from a box of Skinner lasagne noodles, years ago, and I've been making it, this way, ever since!

- Layer 3 uncooked lasagne noodles on top of sauce; top with about 1 1/2 cups sauce, and 1/2 of cheese filling.
- Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, and filling.
- Top with a layer of noodles and remaining sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Remove foil; bake another 10 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes, to make cutting easier.
