WEIGHT WATCHERS KEY LIME PIE
My mom made this dessert for Thanksgiving the first year I was a Weight Watcher and it went better then the pecan or pumpking pies. 3 points per serving. Sorry, this recipe isn't core.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in yogurt with wire whisk.
- Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.
- Spread in crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
RASPBERRY FROZEN YOGURT PIE
This creamy combination of vanilla frozen yogurt and sweet raspberries tops an almond-graham crust. It was devoured at our recipe photo shoot.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add almonds and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until very lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon almond mixture into a small bowl; add cracker crumbs and stir well.
- Lightly coat a 9-inch, freezer-proof glass pie dish with cooking spray. Add crumb mixture, spreading in a thin even layer on bottom and 1/4 of the way up the sides; place dish in freezer for 1 hour.
- Combine raspberries and sugar in a medium bowl. Press down with the back of a fork to lightly mash berries; stir in almond extract. Add frozen yogurt by heaping spoonfuls; cut yogurt in with a fork to blend, but don't stir to a soft sauce-like mixture.
- Quickly spoon raspberry mixture into frozen crust; return to freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Cut into 8 wedges to serve. Yields 1 slice per serving.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and water with a fork.
- Press into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake until firm, 3-5 minutes; cool.
- In another medium bowl, toss the bananas with the lime juice; reserve 1 cup. Arrange the remaining bananas over the crust.
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water; let stand 2 minutes. Add the sugar; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and the gelatin and sugar dissolve, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; whisk in the yogurt and vanilla.
- Pour into the pie plate. Arrange the reserved bananas over the pie; sprinkle with lime zest.
- Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, until chilled, 2-3 hours.

I found this in one of my Weight Watchers cookbooks. If using for a savory pie, omit the sugar. I've never tried it myself, but next time I make a pie I definitely will! NOTE: Prep time does not include chilling.

- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. With two knives (or pastry cutter), cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cottage cheese and yogurt just until the mixture forms a ball. Gather dough into ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- On a floured surface, roll out dough to a 13" circle. Fit dough into a 9" pie plate, pressing to fit and rolling the dough over to form a rim. Refrigerate until chilled; prick the bottom with a fork.
- For a prebaked crust, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the crust with foil; fill with dried beans, rice or pie weights. Bake until crust is set, about 10 minutes, remove foil and weights. Bake until golden, about 5-8 minutes longer. Cool on a rack.
WEIGHT WATCHERS EASY TASTY FROZEN PIE
Delicious. You may use any flavor yogurt you like. With all the varieties they are some great pies to be made. I use Blue Bunny yogurt. I love the coconut creme. The whole pie is 8 points.

- Boil potatoes until tender enough to mash. Add milk and 1/2 cup of the chicken broth, mustard, and mash together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat over to 350.
- Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray (or small amount of oil). Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the turkey mixture. Stir well and cook until flour is absorbed (about 30 seconds). Stir in worcestershire sauce, sage, salt and pepper.
- Stir in 3/4 cup chicken broth. Turn down heat to simmer and cook until the sauce bubbles and thickens.
- Stir in peas and carrots. Pour the mixture into 9-inch square baking dish. Spoon the mashed potatoes over the turkey mixture.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet and place in oven for about 40 minutes.
- Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
