A pitcher of these fruity, double-rum cocktails is a potent kickoff to your next tailgate.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 1/4 cups passion fruit juice
1 1/2 cups guava juice
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice
3/4 cup dark rum
3/4 cup light white rum
3/4 cup sugar cane simple syrup
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 to 3 cups ice
Orange wedges, for garnish
Passion fruit wedges, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a 12-cup punch bowl, add the passion fruit juice, guava juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, dark rum, white rum, simple syrup and lime juice and stir. Fill each hurricane glass with ice and pour in the punch. Garnish with the orange wedges and passion fruit wedges.

1/3 ounce orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
1/3 ounce creme de cacao
Splash lemon-lime soda
Sweet and sour mix

Steps:

  • In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the vanilla vodka, orange liqueur, and creme de cacao.
  • Add a splash of lemon-lime soda and fill the rest of the glass with sweet and sour mix. Stir using either a decorative stirrer or spoon.

3 slices green apple cut in small pieces, plus more for garnish
2 or 3 fresh mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 ounces Calvados
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces non-filtered apple juice
Ice

Steps:

  • In a mixing glass, muddle the apples and fresh mint. Add the Calvados, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and apple juice. Add some ice, shake well and serve.
  • Serve over the rocks in a wine glass. Garnish with a slice of green apple and sprig of fresh mint.
