Fun twist on Rice Krispies Treats! Excellent around the holiday time. I came up with this recipe for my daughter's boyfriend, Greg. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips, melted (or you can use 24 ounces of white almond bark)
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup Cheerios toasted oat cereal
1 cup Cap'n Crunch cereal (or 1 cup peanut butter Captain Crunch cereal)
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup pretzel stick, salted, thin and broken up
1 cup salted peanuts (or 1 cup mixed nuts)

Steps:

Place all of the ingredients (except for the white chocolate) in a large bowl and mix together.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave, watching carefully that it doesn't burn (or if you prefer, you can use a double boiler).
Add the melted chocolate to the dry ingredients and mix together well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined cookie sheets and place in the refrigerator to set.

1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 packages (10 to 12 ounces each) white baking chips
1-1/2 cups walnut halves
1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with foil. Brush with butter. Microwave white chips on high until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in walnuts, cranberries and nutmeg. Spread into prepared pan. Chill until firm. Break into pieces.

18 oz. (1 box) of Golden Graham Cereal
15 oz. (1 box) golden raisins (I use both, golden and regular raisins)
17 oz. (1 can) of mixed nuts
3 cups mini pretzels with salt
12 oz. (1 bag) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
12 oz. (1 jar) of creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box 10XX sugar

Steps:

In a very large bowl, combine cereal, raisins, pretzels and nuts. Melt chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter together in a saucepan. When completely melted, stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture and mix well. Put ½ box of 10xx sugar in a tall plastic garbage bag. Add the chocolate mixture a little at a time and shake until all is coated with sugar. Add remaining sugar. Use your hands and separate the cereal from the raisins and nuts. (SOMETIMES YOU MAY HAVE TO ADD A LITTLE MORE 10XX SUGAR.) To store, put the candy into an air tight container. This recipe makes a lot!

Steps:

Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Lay the mixture flat on cookie sheets and refrigerate until hardened.
Remove from refrigerator and break the mixture apart.
