Wiltons Roll Out Cookie Dough Recipes

ROLL-OUT COOKIES

Steps:

• Pre heat oven to 400F degrees.
• In a large bowl cream butter and sugar with electric mixer.
• Beat in egg and vanilla.
• Mix flour and baking powder.
• Add 1 cup at a time,combining after each addition.
• You will need to add last 3/4 cup by hand.
• Do not chill dough it will be stiff.
• Divide dough into 2 balls.
• On floured surface roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
• Use any cookie cutter and cut away.
• Bake for 6-10 minutes or until light brown.
• Enjoy!

WILTON'S ROLL-OUT COOKIE DOUGH

Steps:

• -Preheat oven to 400' -Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add baking powder and flour, one cup at a time, mixing after each addition. -Dough will be very stiff. Blend last cup of flour by hand. -Do not chill. -Divide dough into two balls. -On floured surface, roll ball into 12" circle and 1/8" thickness. Dip cutters in flour before each use. -Bake on ungreased cookie sheet on top rack of oven for 6-7 minutes or until lightly brown. NOTE: Dough can be tinted with color. For chocolate cookies, stir in 3 ounces melted, unsweetened chocolate.

WILTON COOKIE BLOSSOM SUGAR COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°.
• In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with electric mixer for 2 minutes; scrape down bowl.
• Cream the mixture for an additional minute.
• Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
• Sift baking powder and flour.
• Add flour mixture 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
• The dough will be very stiff.
• Blend in the last of the flour by hand.
• Do not chill dough.
• Roll dough to 3/8" thickness and cut out using cookie cutters.
• Bake 8-10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
• Remove cookies to cooling grid to cool completely.
• Note: I got 12-14 4" round cookies out of one batch.
• My convection oven baked them at 350° for 10 minutes.
