Steps:
- Combine 1 cup of the beer, jalapeño pepper, garlic, five spice powder, and salt in a zip-lock bag.
- Add the chicken, squeeze out the air and seal the bag.
- Turn to coat the chicken.
- Refridgerate, turning the bag occasionally, 2 hours or overnight.
- Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray and preheat broiler.
- Transfer chicken to broiler rack, discard marinade.
- Broil chicken 5 inches from heat, turning occasionally and basting with remaining 1/2 cup beer, until thermometer reads 180*F, about 20 minutes.
- 3 points per serving (2 drumsticks).

EASY BROILED DRUMSTICKS
These simple drumsticks are scrumptious alone but go well with dips like ranch. To make and easy ranch dip, just combine a 1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing with 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons cold water. Like a little spice? Add hot sauce to taste.

- Position oven rack about 8 inches from heat source. Preheat broiler; line a broiling pan with foil. Pat drumsticks dry and trim of fat. Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan.
- Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice over medium-low heat. Season drumsticks with salt and pepper. Brush each lightly with lemon butter.
- Broil, turning often and brushing with lemon butter, until chicken is browned and crisp and has no traces of pink juices when pierced, about 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve drumstick with dipping sauces.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F Spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Place drumsticks on baking sheet. Mix lemon juice, garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl; pour over drumsticks and toss to coat. Add tomatoes.
- Roast until drumsticks are cooked through and tomatoes are softened, about 40 minutes, turning drumsticks once halfway through roasting time.

- Mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger in a gallon zip lock bag.
- Add chicken drumsticks, squeeze out air, and seal the bag. Turn chicken to coat and let marinate for 2-24 hours in refridgerator.
- Preheat oven to 400. Line roasting pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- Spread sesame seeds on plate.
- Remove chicken from marinade. Discard leftover marinade. Dip each drumstick in the sesame seeds to coat on one side.
- Place seeded-side up in the roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
