- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, garlic, and salt in a medium bowl. Shape about 1/4 c each of turkey mixture into balls; arrange on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until turkey is no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, excluding oil and salt; drain. Combine cooked spaghetti with sauce and warm over medium heat. Remove from heat, add meatballs and toss to coat. Yields about 3/4 heaping cup of spaghetti and 2 meatballs per serving.

Steps:
- To make meatballs, mix together beef, bread crumbs, Romano, half of garlic, the egg, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in large bowl until well combined. With damp hands, shape mixture into 30 1 inch meatballs.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs, in two batches, until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes. Transfer to plate.
- To make tomato sauce, heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, remaining garlic, and the oregano and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion begins to soften, about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes with their juice and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add meatballs and return to simmer. Cook partially covered, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt if desired and drain well.
- Divide pasta evenly among 6 shallow bowls and top evenly with meatballs and sauce.

10 POINT WEIGHT WATCHERS FRIENDLY SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS
I came up with this recipe when my husband and I had a craving for meatballs when we were doing weight watchers. I've included the brand names of the ingredients for those of you counting points so you can get the exact same thing. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, and egg.
- Separate the meat mixture into 20 individual meatballs - it will be sticky.
- Before putting the meatballs on the pan, spray the baking pan with your favorite non-stick spray.
- Put the meatballs in the oven and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Turn the meatballs over after 10 minutes so they brown on both sides.
- Heat pasta sauce in a sauce pan over low heat,.
- Boil the angel hair pasta in salted water for 2-4 minutes.
- Drain the pasta.
- For those of you counting points - for 10 points you get 5 meatballs, 2 oz(1/4 the amount cooked) of pasta and 1/4 cup pasta sauce.
- If you have points left over then top with a little bit of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and add a salad!
- Enjoy!

- Combine turkey breast and Italian or garlic herb seasoning in a bowl; mix well to combine. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each).

Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth and oregano; mix well.
