1/4 cup garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon lemon pepper or 1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

Place all ingredients in a small jar.
Shake vigorously.

I use this mix often, it's better for you than the store bought packets.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp oregano, dried
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp celery salt

Steps:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a Ball/Kerr type glass jar and shake to combine. You can recycle one of the empty onion powder or garlic powder bottles as well.
2. To make dressing, mix 2 Tbsp mix with 2 Tbsp water, 1/4 cup vinegar (white or cider), 2/3 cup oil light olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon juice. Use the dressing right away or place in the frig for a couple hours to let the flavors mingle.
3. Or you can use this mix sprinkled on chicken, red potatoes, pork chops, etc. and bake in the oven.
4. Store the dry mix in an air tight container.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1/4 cup red wine vinegar (original recipe called for white wine vinegar)
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons mixed spice (above spice mix)

Steps:

In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt, and Cajun seasoning.
Store the spice mix in a tightly sealed container, and use as needed.
To make dressing, whisk together the vinegar, oil, water and 2 tbls. of the spice mix. Enjoy!
