ZESTY COLD CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
• Mix mayonnaise, lemon pepper seasoning, and dried mustard together in a large bowl. Mix in cherry tomatoes, peas, and chicken. Fold in rotini. Sprinkle paprika over salad before serving.

Steps:

• Place potato cubes into a small pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes.
• Combine cooled potato, cabbage, pomegranate seeds, and carrot in a large bowl.
• Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until well-mixed. Poured over potato mixture and toss to combine.

Steps:

• Heat 4 quarts water (salted if desired) to boiling in 6-quart Dutch oven. Cook pasta in boiling water 11 minutes. Add asparagus to boiling water; cook about 3 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Drain pasta and asparagus. Rinse with cold water; drain.
• Mix dressing, basil and red pepper in large bowl. Add pasta, asparagus and remaining ingredients; toss.

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine pasta, chicken, cucumber, celery, black olives, sliced tomatoes, carrots, and Italian dressing.
• Mix well and pour pasta salad into a reusable container. Pack with fruits and veggies for sides.

• Mix dressings in large bowl.
• Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Steps:

• boil water add salt to water if you desire (i also add a bit of oil) add pasta once boiling. cook till pasta is to your liking.
• While the pasta is cooking, Cut up your cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, parsley into bit sized pieces. Place them your dish to mix and serve.
• drain the pasta, and run them over cold water. Drain more.
• Check pasta to ensure it's cold add to bowl adding the Italian dressing mix and serve. (note always better the next day).

ZESTY ITALIAN PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Boil and prepare pasta nuggets as directions indicate on the side of the box.
• Drain pasta and set aside in a large bowl.
• Chop into small chunks cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoni.
• Add these ingredients to pasta.
• For the finishing touch add dressing and seasoning to the pasta mix and stir.
• If you prefer more dressing and seasoning use the full amount listed in the ingredients.
