1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and vinegar in a blender and puree until smooth.
Add the olive oil and pulse until combined.
Serve over your favorite salad.

6 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon poppy seeds

Place the strawberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Add lemon juice and sugar; cover and process until blended.
