1-DISH TACO BAKE
Here's a one-dish family pleaser with all your favorite Mexican ingredients--salsa, cheese, taco seasoning and corn chips.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Mix batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.
- Top batter with taco meat filling. Pour salsa evenly over meat; sprinkle with shredded cheese and corn chips.
- Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in beans and 1 cup salsa. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- In ungreased 2-quart casserole, place broken tortilla chips. Top with beef mixture. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.
- Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Arrange whole tortilla chips around edge of casserole. Serve with lettuce and salsa.

- Heat oven to 325°F. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
- Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in dry seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn. Spoon into pan; sprinkle with cheese. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with remaining ingredients.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, 7 to 10 minutes; drain grease. Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add refried beans, salsa, olives, and green chiles. Cook and stir over low heat until ingredients are warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Place half of the taco shells in the bottom of the baking dish. Pour in half of the ground beef mixture; sprinkle with half of the Cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining taco shells, ground beef mixture, and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.

A friend shared the recipe with me, and I've prepared it monthly ever since. The crust is made from refrigerated crescent roll dough. - Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Seal seams and perforations. Sprinkle with 1 cup of chips; set aside., In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. I love looking at old magazines and tearing out recipes. I found this one a couple of years ago. We love to make it for late breakfast on weekends....brunches. The kids love it too so that makes it even better. It is both easy and yummy!

- 1. brown ground beef until fully cooked, drain. Heat refried beans.
- 2. Add the seasonings and water, bring to a boil, then simmer 6-10 minutes, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- 3. Preheat oven.to 350* F.
- 4. Assembly time. First in a round cake pan, spray with nonstick spray.
- 5. Then put down a tortilla, then add meat, beans and cheese and spread evenly.
- 6. Then put another tortilla and do the same thing again. (2 times).
- 7. now you are on you last tortilla, put on top and add meat and cheese . (be genorous with cheese).
- 8. bake for 20-25 minutes.
- 9. Add sour cream to top and serve.
