1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray.

½ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
  • In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  • To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

3 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate and butter in 8-inch square microwaveable dish on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Scrape down sides of dish, if necessary. Smooth top.
  • Microwave 4 to 5 min. or until center is almost set. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly.

2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x11 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Mix in the flour, salt and cocoa powder just until moistened. Stir in the walnuts, if using. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is dry and the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool before cutting into squares.

  • Grease a glass pie pan, coat with sugar.
  • Pour you brownie mix into your pie pan.

  • Let sit until cool and eat.
