The Moscow mule is a popular vodka cocktail that's very easy to make. Get tips for selecting the best ginger beer and discover other mules to mix up.

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
4 ounces ginger beer
Lime wedge, garnish

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Pour the vodka and lime juice into a copper mug, stainless steel mug, or collins glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Top off with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge . Serve and enjoy.

1 oz Vermouth
1 oz white crème de cacao
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Ginger Beer

Steps:

  • Using a jigger, measure the vodka, dry vermouth, creme de cacao and lemon juice into a shaker tin with ice.
  • Shake.
  • Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain the cocktail into a copper mug filled with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir with a bar spoon to incorporate.
