Ingredients

2 tablespoons organic cottage cheese ((or quark))
1 tablespoon organic cold-pressed flax oil
1 tablespoon organic freshly ground flax seeds
6 raspberries ((or 2 strawberries))
1 teaspoon honey
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon water
1 pinch salt
1/4 ripe hass avocado
1 dash crushed red pepper
1 pinch garlic salt

Steps:

For the Budwig Protocol: Place the flax seeds in a coffee or spice grinder. Grind until mostly chopped up.
Place the cottage cheese and flax oil in a wide jar or glass. Puree, with an immersion blender, into a creamy paste that resembles whipped butter.
Mix the ground flax seeds into the cheese blend by hand.
For The Add-Ins: Choose your preferred add-ins and mix by hand. If making the berry spread, smash the berries into the mixture with the back of a spoon.
Eat the mixture within 15 minutes.
