Easy-to-make-and-tastes-amazing fudge, but that's a pretty long title so we just call it 3-Minute Fudge. It's only 3 minutes to cook and 3 ingredients! Great to cut up and put in ice cream.

Steps:
- Grease an 8x8-inch square baking dish with butter.
- Place sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and baking chocolate in a microwave-safe dish; cook in microwave on low power until chocolate has melted, about 3 minutes. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour fudge into the prepared baking dish; let stand until set, 3 to 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve.

Steps:
- Put the condensed milk and chocolate chips into in a medium microwaveable bowl
- Microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes
- Stir until blended well
- Gently stir in dried cherries - or any other mix-in that you would like
- Pour the chocolate mixture in a parchment paper/wax paper lined 8 x 8 or 6 x 9 baking pan
- Place in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours until hardened
- Cut into bite size pieces
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Line an 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving 2 inches hanging over the ends.
- Cook sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir frequently until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup M and M candies.
- Pour into prepared baking dish, using a spatula to smooth out the top.
- Sprinkle remaining M and M candies over the top, pressing slightly into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then cut into squares.

Steps:
- Butter a square pan and line with parchment paper or butter for easy removal of set fudge. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe 2 quart bowl, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir to combine. If needed, heat an additional 30 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted and chocolate is smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Pour fudge into prepared pan. Let fudge cool completely before cutting into 1 inch squares. (you can place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to speed up the process.).
- Store in an airtight container. Fudge does not need to be kept refrigerated.

- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside. If you don't have parchment paper, you can use plastic wrap, but it's best to use a liner that creates "handles" to lift out the fudge as opposed to greasing the pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir. Continue heating in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is smooth.
- Alternatively, place a heat-safe bowl over a saucepan with 1 to 2 inches of water in the base. Be sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the bottom of the saucepan. Heat the water over medium heat, stirring frequently to melt the chocolate evenly. When the mixture is smooth, carefully remove it from the heat.
- Fold in the vanilla extract. If you're adding chopped nuts, nut butter, or cookies, fold them into the mixture now.
