1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa

Steps:

  • Cream sugar and butter together.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • Stir flour and cocoa together, then add into egg mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Grease a GLASS pie pan and then coat with sugar.
  • Pour brownie mixture into sugared pie pan.
  • Microwave 4&1/2- 5 minutes.
  • Let sit until cool.
  • Optional:To sprinkle powder sugar over the top of the brownie.

1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Steps:

  • Melt butter until soft but NOT runny.
  • Cream butter and sugar in a large boal.
  • Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar cream. Mix well until smooth.
  • In a separate boal (Small or medium boal will work), stir flour and cocoa- powder thgeather.
  • Add flour mix to egg mix.
  • Grease a glass pie pan, coat with sugar.
  • Pour you brownie mix into your pie pan.
  • Microwave for 41/2 - 5 minutes.
  • Let sit until cool and eat.

1 box Betty Crocker™ salted caramel brownie mix
Water, oil and egg called for on brownie box
1/2 cup mini pretzel twists, broken in half
1/3 cup coarsely chopped cocktail peanuts
1/2 cup Rolo® Minis unwrapped mini chewy caramels in milk chocolate (from 8-oz bag), halved

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square pan with nonstick foil, leaving enough hanging over sides of pan for easy removal.
  • Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan. Squeeze salted caramel pouch 10 seconds or until softened. Cut 1/4-inch tip from corner of pouch. Squeeze caramel onto brownie batter in 4 straight lines. Pull edge of a knife crosswise through caramel and batter in 4 straight lines, alternating direction. Place pretzels evenly on top of batter; sprinkle cocktail peanuts over top.
  • Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until edges and tops are set and toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool in pan 30 minutes; top with Rolo™ pieces. Cool 1 1/2 hours before cutting.
