Creamy Key Lime Pie image

Key lime juice brings bold citrus flavor to this easy-to-make pie.

1 crust from 1 package (12 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts (2 Count)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1/3 cup Key lime juice or regular lime juice
1 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping
Additional grated lime peel, if desired

Steps:

  • Place cookie sheet on oven rack. Heat oven to 375°F. Let 1 crust thaw 10 to 20 minutes. Prick bottom and around side thoroughly with fork. Bake on cookie sheet 9 to 11 minutes or until very light golden brown.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in egg and condensed milk. Beat in 1 tablespoon lime peel and the lime juice. Spread over crust.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool 30 minutes. Cover loosely; refrigerate at least 3 hours until chilled. Just before serving, top with whipped topping. Garnish with additional lime peel. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe measuring cup, heat water for 45-90 seconds or until boiling. Whisk in Jell-o until dissolved.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together Jell-o mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

8 ounces frozen reduced-fat non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 keebler ready crust reduced fat graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • In microwave save measuring cup heat water on high for 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved.
  • In large bowl whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

2 cups Fiber One™ original bran cereal
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
4 oz (half 8-oz package) 1/3-less-fat (Neufchâtel) cream cheese, softened
3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Thick & Creamy Key lime pie yogurt
1/2 cup Cool Whip lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 teaspoons grated lime peel

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Place cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and finely crush with rolling pin or meat mallet until cereal looks like graham cracker crumbs (or finely crush in food processor).
  • In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients until blended. Press crust mixture evenly and firmly in bottom and up side of 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until firm. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • In 1-quart saucepan, mix water and lime juice. Sprinkle gelatin on lime juice mixture; let stand 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool slightly, about 2 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt and lime juice mixture; beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped topping and lime peel. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
