Five Minute Orange Fluff Jello Salad image

Orange Fluff Jello Salad is perfect to take to potlucks or dinners. It only takes five minutes to mix up and everyone loves it.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese
1 (3 ounce) box Orange Jello
1 (8 ounce) tub of Cool Whip
1-2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine orange jello and cottage cheese. Stir well.
  • Fold in Cool Whip until completely mixed.
  • Gently fold in the mandarin oranges. Be careful not to mix too much or they will break apart.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

This Orange Jello Salad is ready in 5 minutes! It's the perfect sweet side dish for any meal but we especially love it for Thanksgiving!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 ounces cool whip (thawed)
3 ounces orange jello (1 package)
12 ounces cottage cheese ((we prefer small curd))
11 ounces canned mandarin oranges (well drained)
20 ounces pineapple tidbits (well drained)
5 ounces mini marshmallows ((about half of a 10 ounce bag))

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together Cool Whip and the package of unprepared powdered jello. Whisk together until they are well blended and most of the jello is dissolved into the Cool Whip.
  • Fold in the cottage cheese, oranges, and pineapples. Add in the marshmallows and mix.
  • Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat (I like to chill it for an hour or so before serving).
