Here's what you need: black tea, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon

14 oz black tea
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
cinnamon, for sprinkling

Steps:

  • Brew your Black Tea, then add plenty of ice to make it cold (or don't add ice to keep it a hot tea).
  • Add the brown sugar, blend the milk and heavy cream with a little bit of froth to put on top, pour into a glass of your choice, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
  • Serve.

1 cup whole milk

Steps:

  • Prepare a strong tea with 8 tea bags in 4 cups (32 oz.) boiling water.
  • Steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags.
  • Pour 5 oz. of hot tea into each tea cup, add almond syrup and stir.
  • Steam whole milk and top tea with a little steamed milk.
  • Sprinkle with spice if desired.

My daughter brought me a London Fog Tea Latte from Starbucks. I really liked it and wanted a caffeine free alternative. I used Sweet Amore from Teavana. It contains an herbal blend of Rooibos, apple, pear, almond, apple and cinnamon). It is the alternate we use in the evening to my Latte Miel in the morning.

1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
1 cup nonfat milk, steamed

  • Enjoy.
