AIR-FRYER CHICKEN TENDERS
I added all of the components of a loaded baked potato-cheddar, potato, bacon, sour cream and chives-to my air-fryer chicken tenders recipe. Every kid will love this quick and easy dish! -Cyndy Gerken, Naples, Florida

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°. In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another shallow bowl, whisk butter and sour cream. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., In batches, arrange chicken in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until coating is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink, 7-8 minutes on each side. Serve with additional sour cream and chives.

Who doesn't love chicken strips? They're a great lunch item or appetizer. I find spraying the tenderloins with nonstick spray ensures a golden crisp exterior.

Steps:
- Remove membrane from each chicken tenderloin. Soak chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Combine panko, flour, adobo seasoning, and Mexican seasoning in a bowl. Mix well. Drain off the buttermilk and press tenderloins into the panko mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place tenderloins into the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 8 minutes. Flip each tenderloin and spray again. Air fry for 8 minutes. Shake basket and spray tenderloins once more. Air fry for 4 more minutes.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Combine flour, paprika, parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Beat egg in a separate bowl.
- Dredge each chicken strip first in the seasoned flour, then in beaten egg, then back in the seasoned flour.
- Place as many strips in the basket as you can without overcrowding. Lightly mist the tops of the strips with cooking spray. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip strips over and lightly mist the tops with more cooking spray. Cook for 8 minutes more. Repeat with any remaining strips.
