Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees.
- Mix the oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, sea salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (if using) in a bowl.
- Baste the frozen chicken breasts with the oil and seasoning mixture and place the chicken in the air fryer.
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through until they reach 165 degrees F. Thicker chicken breasts may take a bit longer to cook.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and enjoy!

Steps:
- Rinse chicken tenders under cold running water and wash off any ice. Pat dry with paper towels. Lightly spray chicken tenders with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken tenders in an air fryer basket, making sure the pieces don't overlap.
- Cook in the air fryer at 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Turn chicken tenders over and continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 8 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Preheat the air fryer. Turn the air fryer to a temperature of 375F and preheat for 3-5 minutes. You do not need to grease the basket.
- Season the chicken breast. Spray the chicken with a light coating of your favorite cooking oil, then season lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika or your favorite seasoning.
- Air fry frozen chicken. Add seasoned frozen chicken to the air fryer and set a timer for 30 minutes. You may not need to use all of this cooking time. Depending on the size, check at the 12-15 minute mark and decide if it needs a bit longer. Chicken is cooked fully when it reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
- Serve. Once chicken is cooked through, remove from the air fryer with tongs and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Add the spices - salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper - into a small bowl and mix them together until the spice is a blend.
- Lightly spray all sides of the frozen chicken breasts with avocado oil. Alternatively, you can also brush them with 1/2 teaspoon of oil per frozen breast. Then, sprinkle the spice mix on top of the breasts. Flip the chicken over and add the seasoning mix to the other side as well.
- Once the air fryer is up to temperature, place the frozen chicken breasts on the air fryer tray. Cook the chicken for 9 minutes, then flip them and cook the chicken for 8-9 more minutes or until fully cooked through. Your cook time might be slightly different based on what size of air fryer you have and the size of the chicken breasts.
