Air Fryer Roasted Pecans are quick and easy to make, and ready in less than 10 minutes! Perfect as a snack, and topped over soups and salads!

2 cups raw pecans
Cooking spray ((optional, for better sticking))
⅛ tsp salt ((or more to taste))
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
½ tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
⅛ tsp salt ((or more to taste))
1 tbsp melted butter ((vegan or regular))
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar ((or granulated sugar))
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper ((or more for more spicy nuts))
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp salt ((or more to taste))

Steps:

  • Pre-heat air fryer to 350ºF (180ºC). Add pecans in the basket in a single layer, and roast for 8 minutes.
  • Stop halfway through and shake the basket, to make sure they're roasting evenly. You can cook them for additional 2 minutes if you want them extra toasty.
  • Once golden, transfer pecans to a plate and let them cool completely before storing in a container or a jar.
  • Pre-heat air fryer to 350ºF (180ºC). Add pecans in the basket in a single layer, and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat. Roast for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let them cool completely before storing them in a container or a jar.

1 egg white
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup pecan halves

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil.
  • Pour melted butter onto the lined basket. Mix egg white, sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add pecans and toss until fully coated. Spread out in the lined basket.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes. Shake basket and air fry for 5 minutes more. Shake basket again and air fry for an additional 2 to 4 minutes.
