AIR-FRYER POTATO-SKIN WEDGES
When I first started out making wedges, the one thing I was intimidated by was how to cut potatoes into the perfect shape wedge. Getting them crispy was another insane issue I had. It is actually the complete opposite, and they are so easy to make. I prefer them over making fries, and have included step-by-step photos of cutting the perfect wedge.

Steps:
- Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Place in a bowl and refrigerate until completely cool, about 30 minutes.
- Combine oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut cooled potatoes into quarters and toss into the mixture.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Add 1/2 the potato wedges to the air fryer basket, placing them skin-side down and being careful not to overcrowd.
- Cook until golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining wedges.

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.
- Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.

These Air Fryer Potato Wedges are perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and seasoned to perfection for plenty of flavor!

Steps:
- Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Cut each potato in wedges (I usually get 8 wedges per potato).
- In a bowl, toss potato wedges with oil, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper until all potatoes are covered.
- Spray the bottom of air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
- Lay the potatoes in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-13 minutes, then shake the basket and cook an additional 10-12 minutes or until wedges reach the crispness you prefer (I usually start checking them after they have been cooking for 5 minutes to see how much longer to let them cook).

ROSEMARY POTATO WEDGES FOR THE AIR FRYER
Try these rosemary potato wedges in your air fryer. They are quicker and just as tasty as roasting them in your oven, and you don't need to heat up the whole house to do them! I used the recipe for papa's seasoning salt from this site. Serve with your favorite aioli or dipping sauce.

- Preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and rosemary and toss to combine.
- Place potatoes in an even layer in fryer basket once air fryer is hot; you may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry potatoes for 10 minutes, then flip wedges with tongs. Continue air frying until potato wedges reach the desired doneness, about 10 minutes more.
