An easy way to saute onions in your air fryer that requires little effort.

1 onion
1 tablespoon oil
a small pinch of sugar

Steps:

  • Cut onion into long slices.
  • Heal oil in an air fryer pan on 300 degrees for 1 minute.
  • Place onion slices in the pan and mix evenly to coat the onion with oil.
  • Cook onions on 300 degrees for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Add a small pinch of sugar to onions, mix thoroughly, and cook for another 7-10 minutes stirring event 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove pan from air fryer and enjoy with your favorite recipe immediately!

  • Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine peppers, onion, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to the air fryer basket. Cook, stirring once, until peppers and onion are tender and beginning to brown, 7 to 9 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add cilantro and lime juice; toss to coat.
