Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes image

Simple breakfast potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the outside. This is my basic recipe but feel free to add onion powder or seasoning of choice.

1 pound russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place cubed potatoes in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Place potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes; shaking halfway through cook time.

Seasoned breakfast potatoes made easy in the air fryer. No need to stand over a skillet and babysit. Throw them in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shake, and cook 10 minutes more. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside.

1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place cubed potatoes in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil, salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
