SESAME SEED JUICE
A toasted tasty juice, this is a traditional beverage of Puerto Rico. It's so refreshing and a different idea. For an iced cool beverage, add crushed ice and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Cook sesame seeds in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until seeds are toasted and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cover with a lid.
- Place sugar in a blender and pour in enough water to fill halfway; add seeds. Blend sugar-seed mixture until smooth; pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Repeat blending and straining if a thinner drink is desired, adding more water as desired. Refrigerate juice until cooled, about 1 hour.

Great fruity punch with a serious kick!. Be very careful though, it will sneak up on ya! I use a large cooler to mix it in, because it makes five gallons. You can really play with the ingredients, basically just put in whatever you like.

- In a 5 gallon container, combine grain alcohol, pineapple juice, cherry juice, drink mix powder and water. Add apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, lemons and limes. Stir gently and serve.

- Drain and rinse sesame seeds. Transfer them to a bowl and add the filtered water and honey. Blend on high speed until sesame seeds are completely broken down (takes about 2 minutes).
- Over a medium-sized bowl, strain sesame seed mixture with a nut milk bag and reserve the pulp for another use (see almond pulp cracker recipe).
- Rinse out the blender and pour about 3/4 cup of the sesame seed milk back in, setting aside remaining milk for another us (you will have about 1 cup of sesame milk left over that will keep in an airtight container for about 4 days).
