Almond Flour Bread image

The BEST quick Almond Flour Bread. Low carb, Paleo and gluten free, this easy bread comes together quickly. Great toasted or simply sliced for breakfast.

2 tablespoons coconut oil, unsalted butter, or ghee
2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 large eggs
1 large egg white
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (NOT sweet apple cider or apple juice)

Steps:

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the coconut oil in 15-second bursts, just until it melts. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x5-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Line the pan with parchment paper so that the paper overhangs both sides, then lightly coat with spray again.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, cinnamon (if using), and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg white, honey, apple cider vinegar, and cooled coconut oil until smooth. And the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and, with a whisk or rubber spatula, stir until well combined. The batter will be thick and wet, like a muffin batter. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake until the top is toasty golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes. Place the pan on a cooling rack and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer from the pan to the rack (use the parchment overhang) and let cool completely. Slice and serve.

This easy almond flour sandwich bread recipe is easy to make at home without a ton of effort. No matter what dietary restrictions you have, this paleo bread is delicious and gluten free.

4 cups almond flour (extra fine)
8 eggs
1 cup almond milk (any kind will work)
4 Tbsp. avocado oil (any kind of oil will work)
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line your 12 X 4.5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, then grease the ends of the loaf pan. Set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, then pour the batter into your loaf pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and when a toothpick is inserted, it comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to rest for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week, or freeze in individual slices for later.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat; add just enough olive oil to cover the surface.

This is a really good, moist cake made in a loaf pan. You can put shredded almonds in the bottom of the pan before you pour the mixture into pan.

½ cup butter
1 ¼ cups white sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons almond extract
⅔ cup heavy cream
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a loaf pan with wax paper, then spray with cooking spray.
  • Place the butter into a heavy saucepan, and melt over medium heat. Allow the butter to simmer until foam rises to the top of the butter, 5 to 10 minutes. Gently skim away the foam and discard; pour the golden, clear layer of butter through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove remaining milk solids, avoiding pouring any milk solids left in the bottom of the pan. Allow the clarified butter to cool.
  • Beat sugar and egg with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the baking powder and almond extract. Stir in the clarified butter. Pour in the flour alternately with the cream in 2 or 3 installments, mixing until just incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
5 large eggs
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cooking spray (I use Misto)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, line 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk well and set aside.
  • In another small bowl, add eggs, honey, olive oil and vinegar. Whisk well, transfer to a bowl with flour and mix with spatula until thick batter forms.
  • Transfer batter into previously prepared loaf pan, level with spatula and bake on a middle rack for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry. If your bread starts to brown before it's ready, cover the top with foil.
  • Remove from the oven, holding onto parchment paper remove loaf from the pan and let cool for 30 minutes. Slice with serrated knife and enjoy like a sandwich bread.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, chia seeds, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk and melted butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
