FRUIT PIZZA
This yummy dessert is so easy to whip up with whatever fruits you have in the house... now you can enjoy a little taste of summer no matter what season it is!

Steps:
- Press cookie dough into a pizza pan, tart pan, pie plate, or even a 9" x 13" pan (you can also make individual cookies with some of the dough)
- Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of your pan (you don't want it overdone)
- Let the crust cool completely
- While the crust cools, wash and slice up your favorite fruits and lay on paper towels to remove excess liquid
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread over cooled cookies
- Top with fruit
- Serve or refrigerate until ready to eat.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough evenly into 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Remove crust from pan; place on serving plate. Spread with whipped topping; top with fruit.
- Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 16 slices to serve. Store leftover pizza in refrigerator.

- In a small bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. Press dough into a 14- or 16-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool. , For filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and whipped topping. Spread over crust. , For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and juices until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Set aside 1/2 cup; spread remaining warm glaze over filling. , Arrange fruit over pizza; brush with reserved glaze. Chill until serving. (Note: If making a day ahead, substitute another seasonal fruit for bananas.)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press cookie dough into pizza pan; prick holes in dough with a fork.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden, 10 to 15 minutes. Allow cookie crust to cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth; spread over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and kiwi decoratively over cream cheese mixture.
- Mix orange marmalade and water in a small bowl; spoon mixture over fruit. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

The first time I tried this was at a get-together with friends and right then I knew it would be a hit with family and friends. I always try to make two because it tastes so good. Using your favorite fruits makes it extra special.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. For crust; mix butter, powdered sugar and flour in a bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool
- Mix a filling of cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cooled crust.
- Top with your favorite fruits; strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, apples, kiwi, madarin oranges, grapes, peaches, etc. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. It is best to eat this the same day it is made.
