Time 25m

Number Of Ingredients 7

Salt and pepper
2 pounds ripe tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound angel hair pasta
½ cup fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and generously salt it.
