This Autumn Apple & Pear Sangria recipe is a fall cocktail that wants to be part of your next party or Thanksgiving dinner! Made with a blend of red wine, apple cider, and Brandy, it's sure to be a favorite!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 apple (we used a Fuji Apple, chopped with skin)
1 Pear (we used a Green Anjou Pear, chopped with skin on)
1 ml bottle red wine (750, we used a Pinot Noir)
1/4 cup Brandy
2 cups apple cider
slice Optional: of apple or pear (cinnamon stick for garnish)

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, add the chopped fruit. Then, add the wine, Brandy, and apple cider. Stir to combine. Chill for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight.
  • If desired, pour sangria and fruit into a smaller wine carafe for serving.
  • Serve chilled with a slice of apple or pear and a cinnamon stick as a garnish (optional).

4 apples (chopped)
2 cups pear flavored vodka
3 tablespoons caramel sauce
8 cups apple cider
1 bottle white wine
5 cinnamon sticks
2 cups club soda

Steps:

  • Add the chopped apples to a large (1 gallon or larger) pitcher or drink dispenser. Pour in the vodka, caramel sauce, white wine, and apple cider. Place in fridge for 2-4 hours.
  • Right before serving, stir and add cinnamon sticks and club soda.
  • Serve over ice with additional cinnamon stick for garnish.

1/2 cup simple syrup
1/2 cup cranberries
1/3 cup cran-apple juice
1 cup campari
1 apple (sliced)
1 pear (sliced)
1 meyer lemon (sliced)
5 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, add 1 bottle of your favorite white wine.
  • Add whole cranberries, Cran-Apple juice, Campari, and simple syrup.
  • Give it a good stir :)
  • Add sliced apples, pears, and lemons.
  • Allow the Sangria to chill in the refrigerator.
  • Fill each glass with ice, add Sangria, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  • Enjoy!

1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry white wine
1 cup apple slices
½ cup sliced peaches
2 medium lemons, sliced
¼ cup brandy
1 ½ cups club soda
3 cups ice, or as needed
8 sprigs fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Stir together apple juice and sugar in a pitcher until sugar dissolves. Add wine, apples, peaches, lemon slices, and brandy.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve, 1 to 24 hours.
  • Gently stir in club soda before serving over ice. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
