AUTUMN APPLE BOURBON COCKTAIL
This Apple Bourbon Cocktail is everything fall and perfect for Thanksgiving, Halloween or in front of a campfire!

Steps:
- Cinnamon Syrup:Bring all ingredients to a low bubble, put the lid on, turn down the heat to low, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Using a fine mesh or cocktail strainer, strain it into a jar or container (to remove any small pieces of cinnamon) and refrigerate until needed. Cocktail:Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, put the lid on and give it a good shake, about 5-10 seconds until very cold. Using a fine mesh or cocktail strainer, strain it into your cocktail glass. If you like, you can garnish with a slice of apple (rubbed with lemon to keep from browning) and a cinnamon stick or an apple fan (see photos).
