CRISPY BUTTERFLY SHRIMP
Japanese Panko bread crumbs give the shrimp a light, crispy breading, but they still have a nice Italian flavor. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Peel, devein, and butterfly shrimp.
- On a plate, mix flour with salt and pepper to taste.
- On another plate, mix the bread crumbs with the parsley.
- In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and water.
- Using a garlic press, add garlic.
- Holding tail, place each shrimp into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then the bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet, pan-fry shrimp tail up for about two minutes, until nicely browned.
- Flip shrimp and repeat.
- Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve lightly sprinkled with coarse salt and lemon slices.
SEAPAK FROZEN BUTTERFLY SHRIMP IN AIR FRYER
Steps:
- Remove the frozen butterfly shrimp from the package. No need to thaw them.
- Next, place them into the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly. Don't overcrowd the basket/rack. Then, drizzle oil over them to prevent them from sticking.
- Cook at 400ºF (204ºC) for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. As soon as they turn golden brown, they become crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve your frozen butterfly shrimp with a dipping sauce or mayonnaise, salad and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the potatoes in a medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss until well coated. Transfer to a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes. Halfway through baking flip the potatoes and add asparagus drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until potatoes are golden and asparagus is tender. While the potatoes and asparagus are cooking, cook the MicroSteam® al la Carte according to package directions. Divide the potatoes and asparagus between two plates and top with the lemon herb sole and sauce. Enjoy!
- Cook MicroSteam® al la Carte Lemon Herb Sole according to package directions. While fish is cooking, heat 1 TBSP olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute, until slightly toasted. Place the spinach in the skillet, add salt and pepper to taste, and continue sautéing for 2 minutes, or until nicely wilted. Pour sauce from tray into skillet (reserve some sauce for final drizzle), and toss to evenly coat, about 1 minute. Divide spinach between two plates, and place Lemon Herb Sole alongside. Drizzle remaining sauce over fish. Enjoy!
- Cook the red lentil spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, cook MicroSteam® a la Carte Garlic Butter Shrimp according to package directions. When done, toss the cooked spaghetti with the butter, spinach, parmesan cheese, and cooked shrimp and sauce. Divide between two plates and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub potatoes and pierce a few times with a fork or knife. Rub potatoes all over with olive oil. Place the potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. When potatoes are tender, turn the oven off and leave them in the oven to keep them warm. Cook MicroSteam® a la Carte Garlic Butter Shrimp according to package directions. Place cheese and green onions in a mixing bowl. When shrimp are done cooking, carefully add the shrimp and sauce to the cheese and green onion mixture. Mix until the cheese is melted. Cut potatoes in half and place on two plates. Divide the shrimp and cheese mixture evenly on top of the baked potatoes. Garnish with chives or sliced green onions. Serve and enjoy!
