Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top each cracker with 1/3 slice bacon, and sprinkle desired amount of brown sugar over all.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until browned and crisp. Serve warm.

BACON-COLBY LASAGNA

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions for al dente; drain., In a 6-qt. stockpot, cook beef and onions over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles, 10-12 minutes; drain. Stir in bacon, tomato sauce, tomatoes, sugar and salt; heat through., Spread 1 cup sauce into each of two greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Layer each with four noodles, overlapping as needed, 1-2/3 cups sauce and 1-1/3 cups cheese. Repeat layers twice., Bake, covered, 40 minutes. Uncover; bake until bubbly, 5-10 minutes longer. Let stand 15 minutes before serving., Freeze option: Cool unbaked lasagnas; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake the lasagna as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Place crackers on a wire rack set into a lined baking sheet. (Leave a little space in between the crackers for the bacon, as it will hang over the edges of the crackers.)
- Slice the bacon into thirds or fourths (depending on the length and shape of your crackers). Place a piece of cut bacon lengthwise on each cracker.
- Mix brown sugar and peppers in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of brown sugar mixture on top of the bacon-topped crackers (about 1 heaping teaspoon per cracker).
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until brown sugar begins to melt and bacon becomes crisp. Allow crackers to cool on wire rack before eating.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Stack the slices of American cheese and cut it into 16 small squares. Separate the pieces, and transfer them to a small bowl. Add the salt, chili powder, and garlic powder toss to combine. Arrange the 32 cheese pieces in 4 rows of 8, on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving as much space in between each as possible.
- Stack the Colby-Jack slices and cut them into about 24 small pieces. Arrange them on another parchment paper-lined baking sheet in 4 rows of 6¿without any seasonings.
- Bake both until well-browned and crispy, about 7 and 7 1/2 minutes. If undercooked, they'll be soggy, so don't be afraid to check them and put them back in for more time, if needed.
- Cool the crisps and crackers completely before serving¿as they cool, they'll crisp up. Store on the counter in an airtight container for a few days.

- Preheat oven to 375*F
- Prepare a cookie sheet with a baking mat, non-stick foil or parchment paper.
- Wrap ⅓ piece of bacon around each cracker and place on the prepared cookie sheet, bacon ends down.
- Once the cookie sheet is full (or you've done as many as you wish), Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and carefully sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar or a drop of maple syrup over the top of each cracker. Try not to let the syrup or brown sugar touch the pan or it will be a sticky mess.
- Return to the oven and bake for 15 - 20 more minutes - until bacon is cooked through and not soggy.

- In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in the bacon, tomato sauce, tomatoes, sugar and salt; cook until heated through.
- Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish. Layer four noodles, some of the meat sauce and some of the cheese in dish. Repeat layers twice.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Place rolls, without separating them, on a flat work surface. Cut in half horizontally. Arrange bottom half in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cook and stir beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully combined, 1 to 2 minutes.

- Lightly spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Place your chicken in the slow cooker.
