SLOW-COOKER BACON-RANCH CHICKEN AND PASTA



Slow-Cooker Bacon-Ranch Chicken and Pasta image

There's nothing that doesn't taste better with Ranch dressing on it. Once you try this super-simple slow cooker pasta, you may agree that this is Ranch's finest moment.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb chicken breasts
6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
8 oz spaghetti, cooked

Steps:

  • Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; place chicken breasts in cooker.
  • In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Pour over top of chicken.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 hours or on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
  • When about 15 minutes are left, cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
  • Just before serving, shred chicken with 2 forks, and toss creamy chicken mixture with cooked spaghetti.

3 pounds boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (fresh or thawed)
1 ounce Hidden Valley Ranch Mix {1 packet}
1 cup light Sour Cream
4 slices Cooked Bacon
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Optional: Sliced Green Onions for garnish

Steps:

  • Cook Chicken in Crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
  • After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
  • In small bowl, mix together Sour Cream and Ranch Seasoning Mix.
  • Spoon mixture over chicken, then top with Cheese and Bacon.
  • Cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.
  • Top with optional chopped Green Onions and ENJOY!!

2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled (can use turkey bacon)
1 tsp minced garlic
(1) 1oz pkg dry ranch dressing mix
(1)10.75oz can(s) 98% fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream (fat-free works great)
1 lb chicken breasts (can be frozen or defrosted)
8 oz of your favorite pasta, cooked

Steps:

  • 1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place chicken in the crock pot.
  • 2. Mix the bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup, and sour cream together and pour over the top of the chicken.
  • 3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks.
  • 4. Cook pasta as directed on package and serve chicken over pasta.

  • Combine the first 5 ingredients.
  • Pour over chicken in slow cooker.
  • Cook 3-4 hours on high, or until chicken is done.
  • Serve over hot noodles.
