BBC COCKTAIL (BAILEYS, BANANA, COCO LOPEZ) FROZEN DESSERT DRINK
BBC Cocktail (Baileys, Banana, Coco Lopez) is a decadent frozen dessert drink. They are perfect for summer blended with ice. My co-worker introduced these to me. Think she first discovered them on a cruise vacation then recreated them back at home. They are the latest rage amongst our circle of friends now. Some people add a dash of pineapple juice too, but haven't done that yet. Also, can be made with fresh banana blended in as well.

Steps:
- In blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. You can adjust amount of alcohol vs. Coco Lopez & ice to suit your liking to make it more or less strong.
- Serve immediately in chilled Martini glasses drizzled with the chocolate syrup.
