10 MINUTE BAKED PEACHES RECIPE
A simple baked peaches recipe for dessert that only takes 5 minutes to put together and 10 minutes to bake! Within 20 minutes you'll have this super easy dessert on the table that tastes JUST like peach pie! This is a gluten free peach dessert, and with easy swaps can be a sugar free and low carb peaches recipe too.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 375F and make sure the oven rack is in the center of the oven.
- Wash and dry the peaches, then cut them in half to remove the pits. Be sure to leave the peel on the peaches to help them keep their shape during cooking.
- Place the 8 peach halves in a baking dish.
- Top each peach half with 1/2 tsp butter and 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
- Bake on 375 for 10-12 minutes until the inside of the peach can be easily pierced with a fork.
- Serve the baked peaches warm as is or with whipping cream or ice cream. Caramel sauce also makes a great addition!

The classic combination of peaches and cream is as simple as it sounds: peaches, lightly sweetened and simmered, need only a splash of cold heavy cream and nothing more. Just remember to make this ahead of time for the peachiest results.

- Cut each peach in half along the crease, twist open, and remove the pit. Peel and slice. Cut slices in half to get roughly 2 cups of sliced peaches.
- Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil until a syrup forms, about 3 minutes. Stir in peaches until coated. Bring syrup back to a light simmer, about 1 minute. Immediately remove from heat and pour mixture into a bowl.
- Transfer peaches into a large bowl using a slotted spoon. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Divide mixture between serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until completely chilled and cream has absorbed all the peach flavor, at least 3 hours.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Arrange brown sugar, 1 teaspoon per peach, in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top each brown sugar mound with a piece of butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Place a peach half, cut-side down, on top of brown sugar-butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until peaches are soft, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Plate 2 warm peaches per serving and top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.

- For peaches: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange peaches in a baking pan. In a small bowl combine honey and marmalade. Spread over each peach. Then place a cube of butter in the center of each peach. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove and let cool on a rack. For ice cream: In a stand mixer, combine condensed milk, salt and vanilla. *Fold* in the whipped heavy cream gently. Transfer to a container and freeze until solid.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the peach halves into an oven-safe baking dish. Add 1/2 a tablespoon of salted butter to each peach half, placing the butter directly over the hollow centers.
- Sprinkle just a tiny pinch of ground cinnamon over each peach half. Bake the peaches anywhere from 6 to 12 minutes. It just depends on how soft your peaches were to begin with. If they were super ripe and tender, then they'll need less time. A firm peach will need the full 12 minutes.
- While the peaches bake, make the crème Chantilly. Use an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer to whisk the cream, sugar, and vanilla on high speed in a large bowl. Whisk until the cream is firm and clear indentations have formed.
- When the peaches are ready, drizzle just a little bit of honey over the warm peach halves. Top each with a spoonful of cream. Serve immediately.
